The Ultimate Vampire Resource and Directory

I caught up with a good friend from Highschool the other day and she talked about how she missed the old days, when we saw each other everyday and hung out and so on.

We had a HUGE group of friends, to which I apparently was the "leader" though I was never made aware of that fact until recently lol.



I laughed and reminisced with her about the times we had and the things we go up to. It was good looking back and being able to smile about the past for the first time in ages.



Talking with my friend made me realise how much I missed when I went away after highschool.

I pretty much left this town as soon as highschool was over, came back now and then over the 4 years I was gone, caught up with friends and so on.

But when I finally came back, I noticed that nothing was the same, people had gone or hated each other. I was shocked. I know people change but this was like walking into a whole other world.



Then my bestie out of the bunch moved away and now I know why he was sad when I left lol.



My friend who I caught up with asked me if I had the chance, would I go back to the times when we were all together...



My Answer....No

As much as I miss everyone, As much as I miss how simple everything was for us back then, I don't think I could.

My life the way it is right now might not be simple or perfect, and I might not see everyone as much as I would like to, I'd rather go on now than reliving the past.



She looked kinda shocked when I said that lol but she should know me by now lol



She's not the first one to bring that up and I doubt she'll be the last. I miss those days but if things were meant to stay the way they were then they would have.



The idea of a huge party was thought of but it would never be the same or happen for that matter. Some of our friends are overseas, some are parents hell some don't even like each other now lol.



The point I tried to make was this...



We can't go back and do it all again, if we did then it might not have been as great as it was. If one day we all decide to catch up then we will, just don't be sad if it never happens.



Now I'm going to go and see a dear friend of mine, his name is Chocolate Cake with cream lol
